Applications
It’s mainly used for:
– Clean water transfer and circulation
– Pressure boosting in water supply systems
– HVAC chilled/hot water circulation
– Industrial water systems
– Building water distribution
– Any setup where you need to move clean water (or liquids with similar properties) through pipes without chemicals that would attack the materials
This is a single-stage inline centrifugal pump (vertical pipeline style) where the inlet and outlet are the same size and sit on the same centerline, so it installs straight into your piping just like a valve. The pump body is cast iron, the impeller is either stainless steel 304 or cast iron, and it uses a standard TEFC motor plus a mechanical seal. The big standout is the top-pull-out design – you can lift the motor, impeller, and seal assembly right out from the top for maintenance without ever touching the pipes. That makes repairs and seal swaps super quick and easy. It’s built for moving large volumes of clean water (or similar non-corrosive liquids) and boosting pressure in the line.
– Inline vertical design with same-size inlet/outlet on the same centerline – installs like a valve, looks clean and compact
– Top-pull-out structure – pull the motor and internals straight up for maintenance, no need to disconnect pipes
– Removable mechanical seal – replace the seal without removing the motor
– Sturdy cast iron body with SS 304 or cast iron impeller options
– Takes up very little floor space and needs low construction investment
– Easy to install or swap into existing piping systems
– Quiet, reliable, and low-maintenance thanks to the simple pull-out design
– Can be used outdoors if you add a protective cover
